Curtis Knight Entertainment - Boston Wedding DJ

Tommy and Katherine 08-20-22

On Saturday August 20, 2022, Curtis and Laure were the DJs for the wedding celebration of Tommy and Katherine Courtney. It was held at the Nabnasset Lake Country Club and everyone had a fantastic time including the parents of the groom Tom and Nora Courtney, who were very kind to Laure and me. We both shot photographs from beginning to end and edited them on the spot, after which they were sent wirelessly to our 45 inch 4K TV that was set up for the audience to view. Many of the invited guests came up and asked how we got the photos up on the TV ready for viewing so quickly and I explained to them that we have a top of the line professional editing suite that we bring with us and we edit the images on the fly.  Within 24 hours all of those images were sent to the parents of the groom.   The guests they invited were wild and crazy from beginning to end and the dance floor was packed the entire night!  https://www.ckephotos.com/courtney

Wedgewood CC Family Day 2022!

On August 30, 2022 Curtis and Laure from CKE had the pleasure of being DJ’s and masters of ceremony for the Wedgewood Country Club “Family Day 2022”! There were 200 plus in attendance and there were kids and parents involved in a well-planned well executed series of games and interactions that included the water balloon toss, dizzy bat, GaGa ball, pool relay races, a number of games for kids 7 and under Plus the legendary “Adult Cannonball Contest”. Some of the adults caught so much air off the diving board it was amazing to watch:-) Jersey Mike’s delivered several tables stacked High with pre-ordered lunches that were completely delicious. Every aspect of the day was well planned out by the staff, who treated us as though we were close family and afforded us every possible courtesy.  One thing that I do feel compelled to mention was that during the entire afternoon event I was patted on the back and given handshakes and told what a great job we were doing by probably 15 people or more, which is very rare. Then when we were leaving I made a point of telling Maureen how surreal it was to have so many people take the time to go out of their way to come over and say hello and thank me for being there and tell me what a good job we did. When I left her and walked to my car which was about a 60 second walk two more people stopped me to thank me for being there and to tell me what a great job I had done. It’s one of the greatest places on Earth, and a little known Oasis Of Happiness decency and courtesy. I was curious what it would take to become a member because it is so nice there and I was told there is at least a five-year wait. And that tells the story and is no surprise to me 🙂 Special thanks to Maureen, Wendy, Rachel, and Sue, who all treated me and Laure as though we were close family and helped us every chance they got 🙂
