Jill & Nick’s Classy Winter Wedding
Saturday, December 3, 2016, Curtis and Anna from CKE were the DJ/MC’s for the classy winter wedding ceremony and reception of Jill and Nick Nappi-Kaehler at the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA. Curtis also provided Justice of the Peace services and was a photographer and Kim stepped in as photo editor. The weather was clear although brisk and windy for the elegant ceremony which was held at Hamilton Hall, also located in Salem. The lighting was soft and warm creating the perfect setting for the bride and groom to exchange vows and promise themselves to each other for all eternity. After a touching and heartfelt speech delivered by the bride’s father, Tom it was the matron of honor, Jordan’s turn to toast her longtime friend and extend best wishes to the happy couple. After a delectable meal, Jill and Nick were ready to bring down the house, dancing the night away and that they did! These party animals rocked out until closing time and still had energy to burn well into the early morning hours! It was an honor to be a part of Jill and Nick’s special day and we were so thrilled they asked us to provide their entertainment. This wedding was especially memorable for our CKE team as we have provided services to many of the couple’s other friends over the last few years and have grown quite fond of this group! Tiffany & Gary’s Enchanting Fall Wedding
Saturday, October 29, 2016 Curtis and Anna from CKE were the DJ/MC’s for the enchanting fall wedding of Tiffany & Gary Panczyk at Cafe Escadrille in Burlington, MA. Curtis was the photographer & Anna was the photo editor. The weather was crisp & clear that evening, the perfect autumn setting for a Halloween themed wedding. With impeccable touches of red & black for a spooky, yet classically done theme, the bride & her groom exchanged their vows & promised themselves to each other for the rest of their lives. After the finishing the delectable cuisine offered by the venue, Tiffany was ready to tear it up on the dance floor with her new husband and stunning bridesmaids. Boy did their guests love to dance and they brought the party to Cafe Escadrille that night! Mandar & Joni’s Elegant Outdoor Wedding Ceremony and Reception at the Coachman’s Lodge
Saturday, September 24, 2016, Curtis and Anna from CKE were the DJ/MC’s for the elegant outdoor wedding ceremony and reception of Mandar and Joni Manohar at the Coachmen’s Lodge in Bellingham, MA. Curtis was the photographer and Anna was the live photo editor as well. This happy couple could not have asked for a more perfect day for their unique and beautiful outdoor ceremony. Witnessing the way Mandar and Joni looked into each other’s eyes it’s clear that they will live for each other for the rest of their lives. Surrounded by dear family and friends, the couple exchanged vows in a ceremony performed by Justice of the Peace Curtis Knight. Once photos were taken, the newlyweds and their guests moved indoors for some fine cuisine and music. Saturday, September 4, 2016, Curtis and Anna from Curtis Knight Entertainment, www.curtisknight.com were the DJ/MCs, Anna from CKE was the Uplighting designer, Curtis and Dave Sullivan from CKE shot Still Photos, Curtis and Anna did the LIVE editing for the LIVE slide show which was presented on a 43” 4K High def Plasma TV monitor so the guests were seeing every photo taken shortly after the picture was snapped, at Emma and Zack’s Cape Cod wedding reception. This was a Wedding Ceremony and Reception, at Wychmere Beach Club, 23 Snow Inn Road, Harwich Port, MA . http://www.longwoodevents.com/Venues/wychmere-beach-club.shtml The wedding was beyond fantastic! The Ceremony was in the harbor room which is on a dock with water right up to the edge of the building and all glass. It was breathtaking. And then guests adjourned up to the main Reception level for cocktails out on the expansive deck, with a commanding view of the boats and the ocean. Truly surreal. What was possibly the most striking was the attitude of the staff. Friendly and nurturing – not what you might expect from a really “ritzy” place like this. The staff was perfect, and even saw to every need of the vendors. At one point they asked if we ( DJs ) wanted coffee, and brought us a big silver tray with the full coffee set up. We were stunned – and grateful. The bridal party did formal photos out on the beach. Very fun photo session! This was a fun bunch of about 200 people and they partied hard and screamed loud. It was noteworthy that both sides of the family stayed on the packed dance floor the entire time. It was “off the hook”. Saturday, November 5, 2016, Lori and Mike held their wedding reception at Turner Hill Manor, 3 Manor House Lane. Ipswich, MA 01938. Curtis & Anna were the DJ’s, from Curtis Knight Entertainment /www.curtisknight.com. Curtis and Anna from CKE shot photos. Justin, a friend of Mike’s was JP and the ceremony was short, engaging and fun. Lots of family and friend photos throughout the entire night. Images were edited, and retouched on the spot and loaded to the 43” 4K resolution TV and the guests stood in front of it and waited for more and new images all through the event. The Staff at Turner hill plus the catering by Vinwood Caterers made for a fantastic presentation. Carol was the event coordinator for Turner Hill and her laid back, easy going but tremendously efficient style made the event perfect : – ) Curtis shoots with a Canon 1 D X and a 1 DX MK II, 24 – 70mm L telephoto, a 70 – 200mm L telephoto and an 85mm 1.2 lens. He did a great job and it was a very enjoyable ceremony. ! ! Then guests adjourned up to the open concept foyer for cocktails. The bridal party stayed behind to do formal photos. For Grand Entrance this was a fun bunch and they partied hard and screamed loud. The best man wheeled the Maid of honor in on a Radisson Hotel Bellman’s cart. beautiful georgetown wedding for Nick & Jess
Saturday, July 16, 2016, Curtis and Anna from CKE were the DJ/MC’s for the beautiful Georgetown wedding reception of Jessica and Nick Pepe at the Black Swan Country Club in Georgetown, MA. Curtis and Anna were the photographers and live photo editors as well. Nick and Jessica could not have asked for a more perfect day as they posed for photos in the soft sunlight of the golf course. Seeing these two lovebirds share their first dance together there is no question they were meant to spend eternity together. After touching and emotional speeches delivered by the best man and maid of honor, the newlyweds were ready to hit the dance floor with their friends and family. These guys really know how to party and that they did until closing time! Nick and Jessica’s gorgeous reception was captured in hundreds of photographs, all of which were retouched back at the CKE studio in Billerica.
