A Timeline for your event is VERY important. Make sure everything is on it and all your vendors have a copy of your timeline on the big day.  If you have hired Curtis Knight  Entertainment Services for your special party, Function, Event or for your wedding day, The timeline is the center of the universe.   Everything goes on the timeline.  Although the timeline was originally meant only for CKE vendors we have now expanded it and we are frequently adding the arrival time of the ice sculpture, the wedding cake, the Photographer and Videographer – even if they are not from Cutis Knight Entertainment, The Photo Booth, etc.   Not only do the start and stop times of all your vendors go there but next to each time we like to put where they are arriving and leaving to and from.   As an example the “Getting Ready” sometimes happens at a family home, so we include the address on the timeline.   Then we transition to the church, and so the name and address of the church are on the CKE Timeline.   Then we head for the Reception, when the ceremony is over.   And so we put the name of the Reception Venue and the address on the timeline.   We supply a copy of our timeline to everyone on the day of the wedding and we are often the only vendor that has a timeline.   Most of the venues have one but none have been as detailed as the timeline you get from CKE.
