Thursday, December 24, 2015 – Christmas Eve, Curtis and Anna from Curtis Knight Entertainment, www.curtisknight.com were the DJ MCs, both shot Still Photos. Jo Leary, of the Sunshine Gals, acted as Santa and gave out all the presents.  Everyone who attended this gala was given a special flower arrangement from the power of flowers project http://powerofflowersproject.org .   Jo was awesome and danced and pranced, as she skipped around the room giving away the gifts.   She took the microphone from Curtis and made the event special.   It was jo’s birthday and the entire room sang happy Birthday to Jo and a cake was brought out so she could blow out the candles.   This is the Annual Gala / meal put on by the Sunshine Gals of Billerica http://www.sunshinegalsbillerica.com/what-we-do.html .   Between 100 and 150 people attended and were treated to a complete Roast Beef dinner with all the fixings, Dessert, drinks – the works.  The Sunshine Gals assigned one volunteer member to each of the tables and they delivered all the food like a 5 start restaurant would.  All of these folks, including Santa volunteer their time to give folks a place to come for a hot meal and a family atmosphere on Christmas Eve – Bless their hearts, one and all. Saturday November 21, 2015 Curtis and Anna from Curtis Knight Entertainment were the DJ’s and Masters of Ceremony for Greg Jaynes and Leigh Sakowich’s Wedding reception.   It was a very fun and very crazy evening with a crowd that jumped right into the action and began to connect with Curtis from the very beginning.   They were very vocal and involved throughout the celebration.  The Wedding Reception was held at the Westford Regency, Westford, MA .  The staff there was very good and so was the food.  Near the end Curtis had them make a circle around the dance floor and then they gave each one of their guests a high five.   We call it the victory lap and it always goes over huge. This was a very fun and exciting Wedding Reception.  At the end of the wedding there were lots of hugs and lots of smiles and our very cool bride and groom were very kind and lots of nice things to say to Anna and me ( Curtis ) .  It was a pleasure to serve this very nice couple.   They did not ask for much at all and told us that they trusted us to make all the big decisions.   This usually means that things are going to turn out great ! And they did. Friday December 11, 2015 Curtis and Anna were the DJ’s and masters of ceremony for the M I T Department of Chemistry annual holiday Karaoke Gala. It fun and crazy and Curtis and Anna used a new Karaoke program that allows patrons to use their cell phone to log on to an in house WIFI and then enter a Karaoke system with 92000 songs on it.   They were able to create a stage name and then make their song requests.   The request was automatically added to the cue and the order of the singers appeared on the screen.   While each singer performed their name was flashed on the Large TV screen that faced the audience along with the lyrics.   Some of the students and faculty brought their children as this is a family friendly event.
