Our default recommendation for all venues is 24. And for a formula, take the capacity of the room – not how many guests are expected – the capacity of the room and assign one Uplight for each 10 people divided into the total capacity. Room holds up to 400 people = 40 uplights. Even if only 60 people are attending. 12 is the minimum and 12 is better than none !
