07-22-23 celebrating 25 years of wedded bliss, Alice and Ben presented an anniversary extravaganza at The Essex Conference Center & Retreat – Essex, MA. Curtis and Laure were the DJ and the photographers. Secluded way up in the woods we partied like rock stars in the big circus tent they had set up and the food and drink were incredible and all the members of the staff were in a super good mood including the bartender, Tom. They used our DJ MC services and required the use of two wireless mics to put on their extremely entertaining skits and to sing their karaoke. We also provided high resolution professional photos and we edited them and retouched them on the spot and sent them to the slide show that was revolving on the TV that we brought with us. Sarah and Jack’s Wedding reception 06-24-23! WOW!
June 24, 2023 Laure and I were the DJs for Sarah and Jack’s most fantastic wedding ever at the Black Swan Country Club in Georgetown Massachusetts. We have to begin by giving a heartfelt shout out to the staff of the Black Swan beginning with Tiffany and Donna our managers and all the way to the young servers who treated us with such respect and made sure that we had everything we needed and urged us to help ourselves to the Fantastic meal that was provided for the guests. Often the DJ and the photographer will be given what is known as a vendor meal so that the bride and groom can save money and this will sometimes be a tuna fish sandwich, a pickle and a bag of potato chips along with a bottle of spring water. Not so at the wedding of Mr and Mrs Lizotte. We got the full five course meal and the dessert and the coffee and a zillion hors d’oeuvres in between. Just a wonderful experience. The crazy out of control dancing began at the beginning of dinner and did not let up until the very final dance of the evening and both sides of the family were so polite and so friendly and so welcoming and so down to earth it requires a mention:-) Thank you to Tracy King for the Fantastic photos she took and thank you to Mario who ran the Coffee and Espresso Bar. Fantastic job done by both. To Sarah and Jack, thank you so much for allowing us to be part of your very special celebration. It is one that I will not forget:-)

Mr. and Mrs. Robert Russo held their celebration at the colonial hotel in Gardner. The weather was perfect so the ceremony was outside at the pergola and their officiant Joe did a wonderful job. Cocktails were behind the hotel inside and outside of the tent. Perception was in the tent and it was completely out of control with yelling and screaming that was ear splitting. I could not have asked for more excitement and more participation from the guests! 5-6-23 Epic Eighties Fenn School revival night – all Video!
The Fenn school ask Curtis if he could do an entire evening of all music from the 80s and each song having the original accompanying video displayed on multiple screens. We responded and put on an epic presentation of 80s music and the teachers and parents went crazy and had an absolutely wonderful time! Curtis and Laure did the Video portion while mark Cherone was the DJ/MC. Many of these 80s throwbacks chose to dance and costume from the 80s and we had people impersonating brought Stewart Madonna and many, many others. It was completely hilarious and the dance floor was packed! It actually brought me back to win I was at nightclubs back in the 80s! – Curtis

Lahey Clinic Division of Medicine Graduation Celebration 6-8-23!
This was a beautifully orchestrated presentation of the graduation celebration for the 2023 class at Leahy Clinic. These young doctors have found places to work all around the country and across the world and this night was the last night they might ever see each other. It was a very emotional celebration with a lot of awards, plaques, and honors given out. All of the speeches were short, efficient, and poignant and the yearly spoof movie created produced and performed by the graduates was hilarious as ever. Curtis Knight entertainment provided uplighting featuring Lahey Clinic’s colors as well as microphones and boom stand for the speeches, accompanying music, amplification of the movie soundtrack and then crazy dance music until it was time to go home. A wonderful celebration for a very smart, very talented group of people. Special thanks to Ellen Cummings who put this entire celebration on her shoulders as she does every year and then she 100% completely delivered the goods and handed us a perfectly executed celebration. 5-30-23 Double Cross Surprise 27th and 30 Birthdays!
This is May 30, 2023 Curtis and Laure were the DJ’s and photographers for a surprise 27th birthday for Miranda and a surprise 30th birthday for Brian. Brian was told he was planning a surprise 27th birthday party for his girlfriend and fiance Miranda. Miranda was told that she was planning a surprise party for her boyfriend and fiance Brian. When they both walked through the doors we all yelled surprise and then Brian and Miranda looked at each other with surprised expressions and then I explained to them over the microphone for the benefit of everyone attending that they had both been tricked and it was a double surprise birthday party. We played a bunch of interactive games and had so much fun people were falling out of their chairs laughing 🙂 best birthday party celebration! 5-5-23 Paul received a suitcase full of I O U’s on his Birthday!
Paul’s daughter Bianca, his son Zachary and his wife Sue put on the birthday party of the century at Lenzi’s function restaurant in Dracut, MA. The party was from 6:00 o’clock till 10:00 o’clock and Paul was walked in unsuspecting by Sue at 6:30 PM, and a packed room screamed surprise!! And from the look on his face he truly was surprised, and then he walked through the room doing handshakes and hugs with some people that he had not seen for decades and many of his friends from grade school and work. Curtis and Laure were the DJ/MC’s and Andre was in the Photo Booth! The preparation and execution of the party by his loving family was second to none and the staff at Lenzi ‘s did an absolutely phenomenal job with the preparation and presentation of food and drink. Right after dinner we played OK that featured Paul and his wife Sue as a team playing against their two children Bianca and Zach. It was completely hilarious and Paul is the same way at a party as he is in business. He takes no prisoners and he always wins so he and sue crushed the competition and strutted around the room celebrating! Then came the presentation of the briefcase. It was from a family friend and coworker who has borrowed money from Paul and allowed Paul to pay for things for the past ten years and he thought it would be humorous to give Paul a suitcase full of IOU’s for all the vacations meals and other things that he has paid for over the years. It was presented in a happy way and everybody thought it was hilarious! It was a perfect night, celebrating a guy that is beloved by family and friends alike! Congratulations Paul! Kathleen’s milestone Birthday was off the charts!
Saturday April 1, 2023 Curtis and Laure were DJ’s and photographers for Kathleen’s milestone birthday held at the Black Swan Country Club in Georgetown MA. The presentation of this party was like none we have seen. For things to do they started with a duo that played sing along songs from the 70s and 80s then they switched it over to us doing DJ music but at the same time you could go over to the golf tent and swing a driver into the screen that looked like a golf course and you can track how far you shot your golf ball. Or you could go over to the caricature artist and have your like this drawn. Or you could go use the 360 degree photo booth which was busy from start to finish. The food that was brought in featured so many different types of custom high end pastries including cupcakes of every type I could imagine and more. And bills delicious and the staff was very upbeat and friendly. Halfway through the night a dance school burst onto the floor and we had been given there music program in advance so we queued the music and they did a dancing through the decades medley and they must have switched outfits at least 15 or 20 times. It was a spectacular presentation. It looked as though Kathleen had one of the best days of her entire life!

This company has a fantastic culture and the employees love their company love their jobs and love to hang out together and have fun. They jump right into the interactions and they were all very motivated to win but more importantly they wanted to have fun with their coworkers and extended family members. The casino night was fantastic and you could hear the screaming and yelling from the various tables throughout the night. The final hour was just crazy dancing and it was a great time for everyone who attended! Requirements for getting a Massachusetts Marriage License.
What you need to know:
– You both have to apply at any Town Clerk Office in MA.
– You both must present either a Birth Certificate or a Passport to Town Clerk.
– You will wait 3 days and go back for your License.
– License is good for 60 days from issue date.
– You bring that marriage license to your wedding ceremony and hand it to your JP.
– JP (Justice of the Peace) will fill out proper information and mail back to Town Clerk.
– Town clerk does not have to be in the town where you live or the town where the Ceremony is to take place. It can be ANY Town Clerk in any town in MA.

Note: Recently the rules for getting your marriage license have changed. Up until very recently you could go to the town clerk in any of our 351 cities and towns in Massachusetts and apply in person for your marriage license. This required both fiancées to be present and the requirement was a government issued photo ID. Typically a driver’s license was used. There is a new requirement and drivers licenses are no longer accepted. You must present either a birth certificate or a passport. Both of you need to apply at the counter of the Town Clerk.
– We create your Ceremony.
– We attend your Rehearsal making sure everyone is happy and comfortable.
– We present your Ceremony on the day of your Wedding.
– We file your License with the Town Clerk that issued it to you.
– Town Clerk will mail or you pick up final, completed version.
