The Drive Through Ceremony at our location:

is by far our most popular Wedding Ceremony. When a couple needs to be married but does not want any of the typical pomp and circumstance of a wedding ceremony they will frequently tell me they want the shortest possible wedding ceremony. Sometimes, this is because they just want to be married and are planning to do a big wedding celebration later in life and sometimes it's because one of them has a job that provides health insurance and they need to be married so that both of them can benefit from the health insurance provided by the company that one of them works for. They will frequently ask what the shortest possible ceremony is so that's where the drive thru ceremony was born. A bride or groom will call me and request a quick ceremony. We pick a date and time, and at that time they pull into my driveway. As I see them in the driveway I walk out wearing my Justice of the Peace robe and I step up to the car window and make sure that it is indeed the couple that I am supposed to be meeting. Then I say "By the power vested in me by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts I pronounce you husband and wife, you may seal this marriage with a kiss!" At the same moment they hand me the envelope that has $100 cash and their certificate of marriage. I fill out the certificate of marriage and mail it back to the town clerk where they got it. Three days later they can go pick up their official certificate of marriage. This wedding ceremony now accounts for more than 80% of all the ceremonies that I perform. If you live in Billerica or you simply want to have your ceremony in Billerica all you have to do is call me at 978-590-5910 and we will arrange a time over the phone. You can get your certificate of marriage at any town clerk office in any of the 351 cities and towns in Massachusetts. You both have to show up at the counter of the town clerk's office. You both have to provide a passport or a birth certificate. Driver's license is not accepted as a form of ID for a certificate of marriage. Once you and I have set up a time you will pull into my driveway in Billerica, I will pronounce you a married couple, and then I take your certificate of marriage fill out the proper fields on the form and then I mail it back to the town clerk's office. Ceremony in our Chapel at our location

$100. You can bring friends and family and have your wedding ceremony in our chapel, located at 644 Boston Rd Billerica MA 01821. We can accommodate up to eight guests plus the couple to be married. Which makes a total of 10. For groups larger than 10 the cost goes from $100 to $200 and we can go up to 20 people, including the couple to be married. For $300 we can accommodate up to 30 people however there will only be seating for twenty five and five people will need to stand at the rear of our chapel. The ceremony takes from 12 - 15 minutes. Prison or Jail Wedding Ceremony

I am one of the only JP (Justices of the Peace) that is certified to do weddings in the Billerica House of Correction, so if you are trying to set up a wedding ceremony at the prison I can help you. For a wedding ceremony at the prison you will
1) Contact the prison and get the form from them that needs to be filled out.
Inform them that you will be using me as your justice of the peace. They will contact me and have me fill out the required forms.
2) Once you have your form from the prison, you go to the town clerk's office and fill out the form they give you. (This can be any town clerk in MA)
3) Bring a copy of your fiancee's Birth certificate for the Town Clerk.
4) Town Clerk will ask you to return in 2 or 3 days to pick up your Certificate of Marriage.
5) Bring your Certificate of Marriage to the prison on the day of your wedding and hand it to me. I will fill out my portion and return it to the Town Clerk.
6) Wait 3 days after your wedding day and call the town Clerk and ask if your certificate of marriage is ready for pick up.
7) Love each other and be happy and safe!

My cost is $200 if the prison is in Billerica and $300 if it is outside of Billerica. Cost is higher if the prison is more than 50 miles from Billerica. And I file your marriage license after I pronounce you a married couple inside the walls of the prison. I think the Town Clerk charges $20 for the Certificate of Marriage. Curtis Knight graduated from what is Now U Mass Lowell with a degree in Music in 1978. After being a school teacher for 2 years Curtis formed the Curtis Knight Band and began to tour the Eastern Seaboard and Canada.

The band was instantly accepted and played to packed houses with crowds ranging as high as 30,000. From the band, he eased into his role as a DJ / MC (Master of Ceremonies). It was here, as a DJ, that Curtis applied the skills he had learned as a touring band leader.

We do weddings and every other event you can imagine – Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, Birthdays, Anniversaries. We bring a professional photography system with us, and take photos and mount them to two 43” plasma, high definition ( Hi Def, High Def ) screens and as the celebration continues the LIVE slide show is continually updated with photos that were taken 5 minutes ago. People love the TVs and they love to watch the slide shows as part of the presentation.

The role of the Concierge-Event Planner-DJ-MC began to take hold. Curtis found that frequently an event would take place and nobody took the reins and carried the mantle of responsibility to make the event a beautiful, lasting memory. Curtis then morphed his MC / Entertainer skills into creating uplifting and engaging ceremonies.

Linda Knight ( No relation to Curtis : – ) was married to her husband Philip for 17 years. She has 2 step daughters and 3 beautiful granddaughters. Linda spent 6 years on active duty in the United States Army and then retired after 21 years in the Army Reserves. She also did a 30 year hitch in the United States Postal Service and has recently retired.

Since Philip has passed Linda has realized how important marriage is and just what it meant to be part of a pair. Her nephew was getting married and Linda asked him if she could do the honors of marrying him and his beautiful bride. That was the genesis of her desire to marry couples in love. Linda thought that by marrying other couples she could share some of the happiness that she and Philip shared. And as it turned out that is exactly what has happened. You will enjoy the straight up, full candor and nurturing happiness that Linda brings to your ceremony.
