Congratulations to Leslie and Fred Who were married On Tuesday April 23, 2019 inside the Billerica, Massachusetts House of Correction with me as their justice of the peace. We were not allowed to bring in a camera so the pictures you see are from the parking lot with the best man Ryan, and Leslie, and Leslie’s brand new puppy.

Fred is a super nice guy and also a very smart guy, and he will make a wonderful husband for Leslie. Their ceremony was very touching with many tears of joy. I’m happy to travel anywhere to make a wedding ceremony happen! – Curtis ?
