Lahey Clinic Division of Medicine Graduation Celebration 6-8-23!

This was a beautifully orchestrated presentation of the graduation celebration for the 2023 class at Leahy Clinic. These young doctors have found places to work all around the country and across the world and this night was the last night they might ever see each other. It was a very emotional celebration with a lot of awards, plaques, and honors given out. All of the speeches were short, efficient, and poignant and the yearly spoof movie created produced and performed by the graduates was hilarious as ever. Curtis Knight entertainment provided uplighting featuring Lahey Clinic’s colors as well as microphones and boom stand for the speeches, accompanying music, amplification of the movie soundtrack and then crazy dance music until it was time to go home. A wonderful celebration for a very smart, very talented group of people. Shanell and Shaun’s Wedding day!

On Friday September 7, 2018 Curtis and Anna were the DJ’s Curtis was a photographer along with Rachel At Shaun and Shanell’s wedding. The wedding reception was held at Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua New Hampshire. Our beautiful bride did her Getting ready at a Riverside Road home In Billerica Massachusetts. Then, everyone adjourned to Saint Theresa’s church in Billerica for the marriage ceremony. And from there everyone headed for sky Meadow Country Club . Anna took care of the uplighting which looked breathtaking. We received A good amount of lifetime photos from the bride and groom in advance of the wedding and they were already displaying on the 46 inch 4K TV when guests arrived . We also took the images from Rachael’s camera because she had all of the getting ready images and the images from the church and we took all of those photos, retouched them and then we displayed them on the TV. Many of the friends and family gathered in front of the TV and expressed their amazement as they watched all the photos go by. Each photo displays For 2 seconds and then there is a one second transition to the next photo. It’s cutting edge And very enjoyable . It was A fantastic celebration and all of the friends and family had a great time. Best man Paul Hadley Gave a touching heartfelt speech and so did our maid of honor Lacey. Gina & Moose’s Sparkling New Years Eve Wedding Reception

From Gina… Re: Her New Year’s Eve Amazing Wedding.
Good Morning my friend! I’m just getting a chance now to reach out to you. We got home from Aruba Sunday night and I spent Monday doing, laundry, cleaning toilet bowls, doing errands and attending two wakes…..nothing says welcome back to reality like all that! I came back to work yesterday after not being here for two weeks…..yikes! And just like that, the wedding is over! I can’t thank you enough for everything you and your team did to make our wedding the success it was. People are still talking about it…..AND YOU! I can’t tell you how many private messages, text messages, phone calls, etc. Moose and I have been getting raving about you, about Anna, about Rachel………Mike…..even the photo booth guy……Eamon……people LOVED him! We have been inundated with comments about how professional you all were, how much fun, how the photographer wasn’t intrusive or pushy….I could go on and on and on…………. From the start, I knew what I wanted and even more importantly, I knew what I didn’t want. I wanted a party/a celebration……..I wanted no stuffy structure and for people to eat, drink, dance and have fun all night long….and that they did….because of YOU! Thank you Curtis, from the bottom of my heart for making our wedding a night Moose and I will remember the rest of our lives.
I saw the pictures and I love them. I could never find the appropriate words to thank you. So, I will just say it again….thank you Curtis and Anna, for making our wedding a night to remember. We will never forget you or your kindness.

Saturday, December 31, 2016, Curtis and Anna from CKE were the DJ/MC’s for Gina & Moose’s Sparkling New Years Eve Wedding Reception at Anthony’s in Malden, MA. Curtis was the photographer and Anna was the live photo editor as well as the uplighting technician. Eamon of CKE ran photobooth for guests also. Witnessing the unconditional love these two shared for each other was uplifting and inspiring. You could tell by the way Moose looked into his new bride’s eyes that there is nothing he wouldn’t do for her. These two have the most infectious personalities and this was obvious watching the way their lovely guests reacted to them. After eating a delicious gourmet meal, guests took to the dancefloor and rocked themselves straight into 2017! A fantastic time was had by all! We were so thrilled and tickled to be a part of Gina & Moose’s special day, we had a great time and look forward to seeing your relationship blossom even more over the years! Saturday, January 24, 2015, Curtis and Anna, Boston Wedding DJs from Curtis Knight Entertainment, were the DJ MCs for Missy and Pat Tysinger’s wedding celebration! This celebration was held during a blizzard at the Stonehedge Inn located in Tyngsboro, MA. http://www.stonehedgeinnandspa.com/ Their outdoor photos came out incredible with a winter wonderland feel! Curtis brought along his camera and shot photos of the Tysinger’s wedding and presented them on two 43” high definition plasma TV’s throughout the evening. Anna from CKE provided the uplighting. Michael Brigida from CKE captured the evening on HD video.

Missy and Pat’s Love Story Goes like this:
It was October 11, 2011 and Missy reported for duty on the USS Klakring . Pat was already on board… and as the days passed Missy and Pat saw each other each day … Night after night Missy and Pat were assigned to the same bridge watch team.   Missy and Pat would talk for hours while on duty …Then they pulled in to Charleston South Carolina and members of the crew went to a night club. Now for the first time Missy was dressed in her own civilian clothes. Pat was stunned by Missy’s beauty and her grace, as she moved on the dance floor.
The ship returned to Mayport in late February and Missy and Pat began to see each socially …2 months after they started going out Pat had already fallen in love with Missy.   He was crazy about her so one night when he had too much to drink he sent a text message to Missy with 4 letters WYMM which stood for Will You Marry Me. The next day Missy asked Pat what it meant. Pat panicked and told Missy it was just random letters that did not mean anything.
Pat bought the engagement ring on December 15 and his plan was to propose to Missy on New years eve.   He also planned to take her to dinner the night before and trick her into thinking there would be no proposal.
December 30, 2012 , the evening before new years eve, Missy and pat went to Chili’s restaurant and during dinner Pat explained to Missy that He was going to be stationed in the middle East in the spring, so any relationship he was in would have to wait till he returned. Of course he was saying all of this with the ring already purchased, waiting to be used the following night.
So Now it was new year’s eve 2012 and it was one minute before midnight. Pat had bought 4 balloons and put a piece of paper inside each balloon. The pieces of paper each had a letter on them W Y M M which once again stood for Will You Marry Me.
And now Just before midnight he told Missy he had a “word Jumble” game for her to play. Pat told Missy to open the balloons by popping them. So she popped the balloons and read the 4 letters W Y M M .   Suddenly Missy realized what the letters meant.   Tears began to roll down her cheeks as she tried to process what was happening…As she looked up there was Pat , On his knees, the open ring box in his outstretched hand. Several moments passed as pat tried to read the expression on missy ‘s face …Then he began to panic because Missy had not said anything…Then, Missy began to nod her head yes. Pat popped the champagne …and kissed his fiancée as the clock struck midnight.

Curtis and Anna, Mat and I just want to take the time to say thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! We knew from the first time speaking to you both that it was a perfect fit, we just didn’t realize how perfect. You two as a team made our wedding night so magical and so unforgettable. I can say with out a doubt, our night wouldn’t have been as fun without you two as part of the party. People thought we were insane for paying so much for a DJ and the other services but you helped me prove to them you are worth every penny and so much more.
Our guests had so many amazing things to say about you. Most of them said our ceremony was one of the best they have ever been to. They loved the little commentary you threw in of Mat and I talking at the alter, which they never would have known and they certainly wouldn’t have been able to laugh with us if it wasn’t for you. It was little things like that, that made our night so special.
The uplighting absolutely transformed the ballroom, thank you for that Anna! It certainly needed a face lift and you made it look like a whole new venue.
I love every picture! You caught so many great moments, smiles and of course me laughing at everything. I loved the picture slide show during the reception. It is such a great idea, it was great seeing the pictures stream through the night!
The guests absolutely loved the photo booth. Eamon and Jeff were great and guests said they were extremely helpful and super outgoing and friendly. I have to trust them as I wasn’t able to make my way over there too often but both reached out in emails and I found that extremely touching. Not many people do that.
Our night was so perfect and in a huge part it was all in thanks to you and Anna. You’re both beyond amazing and you will forever have a special place in Mat and I’s heart. Big Hugs, Jamie and Mat McLaughlin

Waltham Wedding Dj for Pete and Jessie

CKE ( Curtis Knight Entertainment ) does it ALL. Curtis and Anna from CKE were the Waltham Wedding Dj, from Curtis Knight Entertainment and www.curtisknight.com. Rene Rancourt was provided by CKE and he was the Celebrity Personality of the evening and he sang a charismatic version of our national anthem, while asking friends and family of Jessie and Pete to join in and sing with him . CKE’s Andrew Swaine was the designated Photographer and CKE’s Curtis shot photos as well. Jeff Crowley was the CKE Photo Booth Tech and the booth was really busy. Anna designed and implemented a dazzling Uplighting plot and room glowed surreally.

Ceremony was at the Retreat House Chapel – 554 Lexington Street, Waltham. Andrew went to the House for “getting ready” photos and then to the retreat to shoot the ceremony. Reception followed at Cafe Escadrille, 26 Cambridge Street, Burlington, MA 01803 www.cafeescadrille.com . Pete and Jess were lifted up by the guys at the end of their final dance, which was the perfect end to a perfect day !

Anna set up the Uplighting and was the Lighting Designer. Curtis and Anna from CKE shot photos as well.
